Sai has over eight years’ experience in the ICT industry, blended with extensive experience in testing, administrative support, and customer success.

She takes a practical approach to her work, liaising with both the build team and the users to ensure the quality and suitability of the software products for the business.

Sai has assisted in the development and testing of POS for larger companies, as well as collaborating on a Hazard Management System for the New Zealand Government. She has also worked on several other application projects, such as voluntary pensions, car loans, and employee reimbursements.
All applications were tested from scratch, with some modules also requiring enhancement testing.

Sai has practical experience using various tools, such as Jira, Java, HTML, Oracle 10g and Solaris.
