Rob is an ICT Support Specialist with over 15 years’ experience in the
ICT industry. He believes in building strong relationships with clients
to bridge the gap between what they want and what the technology
can provide.
Rob has strong customer service skills and has a proven efficiency in
the handling of ICT escalations.
His extensive experience has allowed him to think on his feet and find
solutions to many information technology and business-related
problems and he’s a true team player.
In working closely with senior-level Project Managers and Associate
Directors, Rob aims to achieve a secure, manageable, cost-effective
communications solutions that are second to none.
Rob has a keen eye for detail and a passion for testing systems and
processes. Rob has recently undertaken training and acquired
certification in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and more recently Certified
Testing Foundation Level through (ISTQB).
