Charles Holmes

PROFILE

Charles is a highly driven professional with over nine years’ experience
working in business analysis, intelligence, and improvement roles. He has
an excellent understanding of the complexities relating to strategy
development, process improvement and business intelligence.

In his role with the Department of Health, Charles provided business
analysis services to assist with the delivery of monitoring and reporting
activities for its Outpatient Transformation Strategy under the direction
of the Manager Acute Service Development and Planning. This required
him to produce several project and programme management artefacts,
including process maps, requirements, reports, schedules, registers, and
other supporting documentation as required by the Department’s Project
Management Framework.
Charles is passionate about the application of design thinking principles
and solving problems with a creative approach. He also has a Bachelor of
Business from the University of Tasmania.
