Kevin is an experienced project management professional with over
twenty years’ experience delivering successful change management
projects and PMO set-ups from inception through to completion. He has
led and delivered multiple projects and programs, in areas including
Finance, HR, ICT, PMO and organisational transformation. He enjoys
leading a team to fulfil their potential and works with people’s strengths
to develop innovative solutions to client and stakeholder problems. He
is experienced and comfortable with both traditional Waterfall and Agile
