Tim is a highly experienced Principal Consultant with extensive expertise delivering complex digital transformation, information management and organisational change initiatives across health, government and not-for-profit sectors.

He brings deep experience in project and program management, strategic planning, digital health and organisational change. Tim has led major statewide health initiatives, including Tasmania’s public hospital and GP eReferral solution, and has delivered advisory engagements spanning PMO establishment, digital health strategy, governance and organisational improvement.
